C'est pas là, c'est par là

Inspired by Juhyung Lee of Cie Galmae’s own experience of a demonstration in Seoul in 2015, C’est pas là, c’est par là, which translates as it is not here, it is over here, reminds us that if we connect to become a collective, we can exceed the sum of individuals.

This beautifully interactive show asks us to consider how we move when we are together and when we are alone. At the starting point, there is a stone and a string. It rolls up, gets tangled and only together we untangle it.

We move around, we avoid each other, we negotiate and in doing so we find our place.
