Missing your trusty programme?

This year, the SIRF programme will be available online rather than in print. But we have created a handy SIRF grid that you can print at home, and you can view a printable map of the festival site here.

Plus, If you're used to circling the shows you don't want to miss, our online festival planner lets you do exactly that digitally. Save your favourite performances, build your own personalised schedule and add it straight to your phone or calendar.

Create your personalised festival schedule

1. Visit the programme page of the website

The programme is organised by day, making it easy to browse everything happening throughout the festival.

2. Switch to Grid View

Select Grid View in the top right corner to display the save option for each performance.
This will allow you to add performances to your personalised festival schedule.

3. Save your favourite performances

When you find a performance you'd like to attend, select the + icon.
Each performance you save will be added to your personalised programme at the top of page.

4. View your saved performances

Select the programme counter at the top of the page to view all the performances you have saved (This will appear as a number).
When you're ready, choose Plan Your Festival.

5. Create your festival schedule

Review your selected performances, select the relevant times you want and choose Create Your Festival.
Your personalised festival schedule will be generated automatically.

6. Add it to your calendar

You can add your personalised festival schedule to your preferred digital calendar, including:

• Google Calendar
• Outlook
• Apple Calendar (iCal)

This makes it easy to keep track of performances throughout the festival.

A helpful tip

Street theatre is wonderfully unpredictable. While a personalised schedule is a great way to plan your day, leave a little room for unexpected moments and surprise discoveries along the way.
